Terms of use

ClipJazz (clipjazz.com) lets a store paste a product link and get short vertical video ads. The service is run by Jevaughn Bailey (sole proprietor), operating as ClipJazz. These terms follow the laws of Ontario, Canada.

You must have the right to use the product photos, names, and claims you submit. You are responsible for the ads you publish. That includes advertising rules on testimonials and platform rules on AI-made media. You may not useClipJazz for political or election ads, or for anything our AI use policy does not allow.

Our scripts are told not to invent personal results or testimonials. That is a product safeguard, not a legal promise. Read every line before you spend money on ads.

ClipJazz makes product-focused ads. The scene and the motion are made by AI around your real product photo. Some shots may show an AI-made hand holding the product. ClipJazz does not make AI presenters or faces, and it does not copy any real person's voice. HD ads have an AI voiceover. Do not present the ad, the hand or the voice as a real customer. Leave the AI-generated label on, or turn on the ad platform's AI label.

Free previews are limited to one per account and one per store. They have a watermark and are lower resolution. Paid HD ads have no watermark. We may refuse a request that looks abusive or unlawful.

One credit makes one HD ad. An HD ad is about 15 seconds at 1080p, with an AI voice, captions, music and an end card, plus a clean copy with no voice or captions. A single HD ad is $9 once for 1 credit. The HD pack is $29 once for 3 credits. Single and pack credits never expire. Starter is $49 a month for 8 credits. Starter credits reset at the start of each billing month. Unused Starter credits do not roll over, and they end when the plan ends. Prices are in US dollars. You pay before we make the HD ads.

Not happy? Ask within 7 days of a payment for a full refund, no questions asked. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. See the refunds page for how to ask.
