Refunds

Not happy? Ask within 7 days of a payment and we give you a full refund. No questions asked. This covers a single HD ad, the HD pack and each monthly Starter payment. When we refund a payment, the unused credits from it are removed from your account.

To ask, reply to your receipt email or write to support@clipjazz.com. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with.

If an HD ad fails to render, we return the credit for that ad to your account on its own.

You can cancel Starter any time in the billing portal. It stops at the end of the month you paid for. Credits can't be swapped for cash.
