ClipJazz is run by Jevaughn Bailey (sole proprietor), operating as ClipJazz. ClipJazz collects the email you sign up with, the product links and text you submit, the images and videos we make for you, and your payment status from Stripe.

We use these services to run ClipJazz: Netlify hosts the website and app. Supabase stores account data and files in the US. Stripe handles payments. Resend sends email. fal.ai runs the AI models that make the images, videos, voice and scripts. To make your ad, we send your product photo, title, description and price to fal.ai.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not train AI models on your products or your ads.

We delete product images and the still pictures we make 30 days after we make them, and finished ads 90 days after. Download the ads you want to keep. We keep your account and order history until you ask us to delete your account.

We add you to our marketing email list only if you tick the box that says you want it. The box starts empty. Buyers and preview users who don't tick it get only email about their account, orders and ads. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email without logging in. To delete your account, or to ask a privacy question, email support@clipjazz.com.
